Nonlinear Dynamic Analysis of Hybrid Piezoelectric-Magnetostrictive Energy-Harvesting Systems

چکیده

To progress the proficiency and broaden action bandwidth of vibration energy harvesters, this paper presents a cantilever piezoelectric-magnetostrictive bistable hybrid harvester with dynamic magnifier. The energy-harvesting system comprises two degrees freedom electrical freedom. It consists composite beam made three layers, in which magnetostrictive piezoelectric layers are attached to top bottom base layer. electromechanically coupled equations whole structure were established lumped-parameter model while taking into account magnetic interaction magnets. nonlinear frequency-response vibrations for is calculated using harmonic balance method, has been validated by literature. time response phase portraits oscillation its performance generating power under different magnet distances, magnifier features, excitation levels analyzed. Numerical results have shown that can harvest additional operates at larger than routine or harvesters.
